Pequannock 'Upstream' Capsizing the strip Mall - Work

The work includes analysis, strategies and design concepts at the regional, local and site scale.  Architecture proposals include building systems and performance.  Landscape design is both restorative to the natural systems, green infrastructural for water management, and enjoyable for pedestrian space.  The layering of the site and the structures is critical to the demands and logistics of the program.  All projects create a new sense of 'Place' not found in existing development and create linkages to nearby neighborhoods and amenities.  Student work shown here is by Andrea Camargo, Sandra Galvan, Alex Guimaraes, Adam Morgan, & Lara Saleh.
